Causes of illnesses

Without wishing to over simplify what can be a serious issue for many people, the causes of many illnesses can be found in:

  • Nutritional deficiencies and intolerances
  • Toxicity: in food, chemical exposure (at home is one of the biggest causes)
  • Unresolved mental/emotional stress (which can stem from childhood)
  • Malfunctioning body systems (such as digestive, immune, endocrine, circulatory, respiratory)
  • Physical injury
